Lancaster, PA | $17/hr | Full-Time | 1st Shift

Hybrid Schedule After Training – 3 Days In Office / 2 Days Remote
Allegiance Staffing is hiring 2 Customer Service Representatives for an established Lancaster-area company. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, communicating by phone, and working in a fast-paced office environment.
Weekend availability is required, with two consecutive weekdays off each week.
Available Schedules:
Schedule 1:
Wednesday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Saturday–Sunday, 5:30 AM–1:00 PM
Off Monday & Tuesday
Wednesday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Saturday–Sunday, 5:30 AM–1:00 PM
Off Monday & Tuesday
Schedule 2:
Monday, Tuesday & Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday, 5:30 AM–1:00 PM

Monday, Tuesday & Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday, 5:30 AM–1:00 PM

After training, employees will work three days in the Lancaster office and two days remotely.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
- Assist customers with questions, account needs, and service concerns
- Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer support
- Assist circulation carriers and internal team members as needed
- Enter and update customer information accurately in computer systems
- Complete basic reports, correspondence, and administrative tasks
- Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service, call center, or phone-based experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and typing proficiency
- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills
- Professional and composed when handling challenging customer situations
- Dependable attendance and ability to work every Saturday and Sunday
- High school diploma or GED
