ARNP - Emergency Department

Position: ARNP – Emergency Department (Permanent)
Location: Elma, WA 98541, USA

Pay:
• $125,000 – $150,000 per year (based on experience)

Schedule:
• 12-hour ED shifts (e.g., 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Full-time permanent position

Position Summary & Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced emergency care as ARNP in high-acuity ED setting
• Perform patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Manage acute and emergent conditions independently and collaboratively
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and initiate treatment plans

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years Emergency Department experience (required)
• Active ARNP certification/licensure
• State licensure requirements apply (Washington State)
• Resume and clinical documentation required
