Who We're Looking For

• You’re reliable, hardworking, and enjoy working with others. 
• You handle fast-paced situations well and can utilize company software with ease
•  You communicate clearly, and can balance several tasks at once. 

What You'll Bring

• 6+ months of restoration experience
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Professionalism, dependability, and a valid driver’s license
• IICRC certifications (preferred)

What You'll Do

• Support Daily Operations:  Work alongside restoration technicians, set project expectations, and ensure work meets SERVPRO standards
• Work Directly with Customers:  Maintain positive interactions and keep customers updated throughout each job
• Keep Projects on Track:  Document job progress, help manage labor, and support scheduling and budgeting needs
• Promote a Safe Work Environment:  Spot potential hazards and help put safe practices in place
• Respond When Needed:  Participate in the on‑call rotation, including helping with local and out‑of‑town storm work when required
• Help Build Team Skills:  Assist with training and guiding technicians as they learn and grow
