 Monday through Friday | 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

 Are you confident on the phone, organized, and comfortable working with technology? We're looking for a Vendor Outreach Specialist to join a growing team in Palm Harbor.
 In this role, you'll make outbound business-to-business calls to vendors on behalf of our clients, explaining updates to payment terms and presenting available options. These are professional conversations with vendors who already have established relationships with our clients, making this a consultative outreach role rather than cold calling.

 What You'll Do

Conduct professional outbound calls to business vendors
 Clearly explain changes to customer payment terms
 Document conversations accurately in Salesforce
 Manage multiple tasks while speaking with vendors
 Maintain excellent attendance and productivity 

Adapt to new technology and processes

 What We're Looking For

Previous B2B outreach, call center, sales, or customer service experience
 Salesforce experience
 Strong computer skills
 Ability to type at least 35 WPM
 Excellent communication and phone skills
 Ability to multitask and stay organized
 Reliable transportation to our Palm Harbor office
 Accounting terminology knowledge is a plus

 Schedule
 Monday through Friday
 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
 No weekends.
