Patient Care Coordinator

About Us:Colorado Springs Therapy Center serves a mix of pediatric and adult clients across two outpatient locations, offering a full range of occupational, physical, and speech therapy services in a kind environment. CSTC has been providing excellent care in the Colorado Springs area since 2006 and has been selected as one of the Gazette's Best Workplaces for the last six years. We currently have an opening for a Patient Care Coordinator interested in working at our North Colorado Springs location (near Chapel Hills Mall).Responsibilities:

• Duties include greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling therapy visits, collecting copays, and completing additional administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Applicants must have exceptional customer service skills and be able to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.

Bonus Points:

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or scheduling role is preferred. Additional compensation is available for applicants fluent in both Spanish and English.
