Hospital Medicine Medical Director opportunity in Moses Lake, WA

Great opportunity to Lead our local team of 5 Hospital Medicine physicians. Our physician teams deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care throughout the inpatient journey, ensuring timely decisions, coordinated treatment plans, and seamless transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical oversight for the team while building strong relationships with our hospital partner leadership.
• Providing inpatient care to a small, acute care hospital with an open ICU and minimal subspecialty support.
• Candidates must be comfortable with vent management but are not required to do procedures.

• Flexible scheduling is available. Medical Director works an average of 12 clinical shifts a month.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine. Family medicine can be considered with demonstrated hospitalist experience.
• Ability to manage ICU patients without intensivist back up.
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of hospitalist experience and previous leadership experience.

Rewards and Compensation:

• Annual compensation $390K + incentives.
• Comprehensive benefits package including paid malpractice, including tail coverage, 401K with matching contributions, and annual CME allowance.
