Job Description
Facility: Three Creeks Post Acute
Location: Pullman, WA
Department: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care
Duration: 8 Weeks (preferred, extension possible)
Schedule: Variable Days
Shift: 12-hour day shifts
Hours: 36 hrs/week guaranteed
Weekend focus: Friday / Saturday / Sunday shifts preferred
Potential for extension based on performance and facility needs
$52 – $54 per hour
Weekly Pay: $1,872 – $1,944/week
Active RN License required
BLS Certification required
Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
Experience with 12-hour shifts preferred
Ability to work weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) required
Provide direct nursing care to LTC residents
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor patient condition and report changes
Document care accurately per facility standards
Work closely with CNAs and care team
Ensure resident safety and quality care delivery
Support continuity of care across shifts
