We are seeking compassionate and motivated Behavioral Assistants (BA) to provide supportive behavioral services to youth and families throughout New Jersey. The Behavioral Assistant will work with children, adolescents, and young adults between the ages of 4 and 21 in home, school, and community-based settings.
The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, and committed to helping youth develop positive behavioral, emotional, and social skills.

Position Summary

The Behavioral Assistant will work with children, adolescents, and young adults between the ages of 4 and 21 in home, school, and community-based settings.

Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral support services to youth ages 4–21
- Implement individualized treatment and behavioral support plans
- Assist clients in developing coping, communication, social, and daily living skills
- Support positive behavior management strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate with families, schools, and treatment team members
- Attend required trainings and supervision sessions
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Bachelor’s degree required in one of the following fields:
- Social Work
- Psychology
- Criminal Justice
- Sociology
- Counseling
- Human Services
- or a related field
- Social Work
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or behavioral health populations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
- Ability to pass background and credentialing requirements
- Part-time and per diem opportunities available
