About the Role

As a Retail Customer Assistant, you'll work with our team at retail venues throughout the Orlando area, representing a variety of client campaigns and creating positive customer experiences through face-to-face interactions.

No two days are exactly the same, giving you the opportunity to build confidence, strengthen your communication skills, and gain practical business experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Represent client campaigns with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Provide customers with information about products, services, or charitable initiatives.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Assist customers with registrations, purchases, or sign-ups where appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team goals.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach throughout every customer interaction.
