1st Shift - Dispatcher

Work Now Staffing is looking to hire Dispatchers for our Bolingbrook client.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Shift: 9:00am - 7:00pm, Must be flexible with adjusting the start time and staying late if needed

Job Details:

• Audit end of day reports and partner with Best Buy WCS to ensure everything is accounted for on the trucks returning
• Establish a working relationship with driver teams to ensure stops are being completed
• Monitor KPI’s to ensure driver teams are meeting the standards set in place
• Dispatch driver teams
• Customer Post calls to ensure teams met standards of delivery
• Customer Pre-calls to ensure that we are aligned with customer expectations for next day delivery
