About the Role:
Join Elite Service Solutions as a Janitorial / Cleaning Technician and play an important role in creating safe, clean, and welcoming environments for our commercial clients across Sarasota, Venice, Lakewood Ranch, and Bradenton, FL.

  We have part-time evening shifts available Monday through Sunday. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients. We have immediate opportunities for the right individual. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial settings.
• Dust, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Mop, sweep, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Empty trash and recycle bins, ensuring proper disposal methods.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and restroom essentials
• Report maintenance issues and supply needs to management promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with the client
• MUST HAVE extreme ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

Requirements:

• 2 plus years of COMMERCIAL cleaning experience of no less than 3,000 square feet in one shift. 
• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience.
• Ability to work independently and or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
