Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients
• Provide a full range of general dentistry services including fillings, extractions, crowns, implants and root canals
• Conduct routine cleanings, preventive care, and oral health screenings
• Develop and maintain strong patient relationships through clear communication and compassionate care
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using dental practice management software
• Stay current with the latest dental techniques, technologies, and continuing education requirements

Requirements:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution
• Active Arizona dental license 
• DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification required
• Experience in general dentistry; new graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dental procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment
