As an Autism Support Specialist / Behavior Technician (BT) with North Arrow ABA, you'll work directly with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them build communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Your Career Path

- $500 bonus after training and 30 days of direct therapy work
- Monthly performance bonuses and annual raises

- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions
- Follow individualized treatment plans and track progress
- Work alongside a supportive clinical team
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to lift 50 lbs and move actively during sessions
