Job Description

Customer Care Advisor – $18/hr. (2 Openings)

We are currently hiring Customer Care Advisors to join a fast-paced, customer-focused call center team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a structured environment.

ONSITE IN MECHANICSBURG

Schedule: (1) Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (5 x 8-hour shifts)

(2) Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM-7:00 PM

Pay: $18/hour

What You’ll Do:

Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats
Assist with telephone and online orders
Answer questions and resolve customer concerns
Provide product recommendations based on customer needs
Help customers navigate the website and complete orders
Deliver a positive, professional customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

Previous call center/customer service experience
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Consistent work history (1–3+ years in roles)
Positive attitude and team mindset
Self-starter with strong reliability and attendance
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Additional Details:

In-person interview required with the Customer Care Manager
