SERVICE DISPATCHER


Job Description: 


NEW HIRE RATE!!! Position is responsible for administrative duties to include billing, handling all incoming service calls from both guest and team members, scheduling and reconciling work orders, dispatching service techs, ordering and receiving parts and stock for the warehouse and performing other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions

• Answer calls in a professional and timely manner and respond accordingly.
• Enter all service work orders into the property management system timely and accurately
• Dispatch all service work orders to the appropriate field worker efficiently
• Monitor open work orders and assure timely completion.
• Assist with and support all process improvement efforts
• Foster team spirit through feedback and positive reinforcement to team members
• Assists with cleaning duties when needed
• Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation
• Effectively resolve quality issues with guests/owners. 
• Follow up with owners, guests and internal departments in a timely manner that is beneficial to both the guests and the company
• Perform other duties, functions, or tasks as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Must have computer skills that include Microsoft Word, Excel and the ability to learn new programs.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Must be self-motivated to handle guest, owner or team member issues.
• Must be able to sit at a computer/phone for entire shift.
• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Must be able to work varied shifts as needed including nights and weekends.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit and work on computer/phone entire shift
• Must be able to move/lift up to 15 pounds as needed
• Must be able to assist with housekeeping duties if needed
