Job Description
Benefits:
Position Overview
WTS is seeking a self-directed, tech-savvy Go-to-Market Developer to turn market intelligence and publicly available information into warm, field-ready opportunities. This role sits upstream of field selling: it identifies and prioritizes high-value new-logo sites, engineers relevant outreach, and hands engaged prospects to sellers..
Key Responsibilities
• Own the day-to-day new site outreach and translate field feedback and commercial needs into better targeting and roadmap priorities.
• Mine e-Manifest, internal market intelligence, and public information to identify and prioritize high-value facilities, likely waste-stream opportunities, and the people who influence or own waste-stream cost decisions.
• Build clean target lists with account, site, contact, opportunity hypothesis, source data, and recommended next action clearly documented.
• Draft personalized, site-specific messaging and multi-touch outreach; use automation and enrichment tools to scale research and outreach without sacrificing relevance or accuracy.
• Coordinate seller review, manage outreach through reply or meeting request, and hand warm prospects to the appropriate seller with contact context and a clear next step.
• Maintain accurate HubSpot activity and pipeline data; capture field and win/loss feedback to improve targeting, messaging, and the Market Intelligence Tool while keeping approximately 90% of year-one capacity focused on new-logo whitespace.
Job Requirements
• Experience building or operating outbound growth systems in GTM engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, growth, or a comparable role.
• Strong HubSpot fluency, including CRM data hygiene, contact/account management, workflows or sequences, activity tracking, and reporting.
• Hands-on comfort with automation, data-enrichment tools, structured datasets, spreadsheets, public records, and web research.
• Strong written communication, research, and commercial judgment; able to turn technical or operational signals into relevant prospect messaging and prioritize opportunities worth a seller's time.
• Ability to learn industrial materials, waste streams, treatment technologies, and customer operations quickly; utilizing prior waste-management or environmental-services experience.
Core Qualifications
• Flexibility: Curious, coachable, and able to pivot as data, campaign performance, seller feedback, or priorities change.
• Ownership & Tenacity: Accountable for data quality, outreach preparation, follow-through, and clear disposition; persistent through incomplete data, hard-to-find contacts, and failed tests.
• Professionalism: Clear, proactive, organized, tech savvy, and disciplined in handling customer, company, and market information.
Year-One Success Measures
• Consistent warm handoffs that convert into first meetings and qualified new-site pipeline attributable to GTM-engineered targeting and outreach.
• Measurable shift of seller time toward customer conversations, meetings, and site walks, together with demonstrable improvement in the Market Intelligence Tool and outreach playbooks through captured field feedback.
This is not a field seller, account management, or general marketing role; its primary charter is to create leverage for WTS sellers by converting market intelligence into relevant, well-researched, warm opportunities.
