Weekend AM Busser

About the Role:
Ale Emporium in Greenwood, IN is looking for an energetic and dependable Busser to join our front-of-house team! This is a great opportunity to be part of a lively restaurant environment where teamwork and hospitality are at the heart of everything we do. Responsibilities:

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a smooth dining room flow
• Remove dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping and wiping down surfaces
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless table turnover
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards throughout every shift

Requirements:

• No prior experience required — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays or bus tubs for extended periods
• Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday AM availability a must 
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
