Program Manager - Now Hiring

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides project management expertise to lead the end-to-end onboarding of new medical practices, ensuring seamless integration into the University Health system. This role coordinates timelines, stakeholders, and operational requirements to prepare clinic spaces, establish workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance. Works closely with facilities, IT, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure that new practices are fully operational, technology-ready, and aligned with organizational standards. Additionally, this position facilitates provider and staff training, tracks onboarding success metrics, and identifies process improvements to enhance future practice integrations.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health or related field is required. Master’s degree in healthcare related field is preferred. Organizational skills with keen attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Experience in project coordination, data analysis, reporting, and planning is preferred. Must demonstrate the ability to work with public contacts, establish, and maintain effective working relationships and be highly adaptable to high-paced clinical environment.
