Assistant Director, CareLink Member Services

POSITION SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Assistant Director assists the Director, Member Services, in coordinating the activities and functions of all CareLink enrollment and call center staff. Performs specific administrative and management duties to enhance and support the Director, utilizing initiative and expert working knowledge of all duties. Assists employees and managers in the development and enhancement of enrollment activities. Assists employees and managers in the interpretation of all CareLink policies and procedures related to enrollment.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of related supervisory and management experience is required. Must have a minimum of five years of experience in the enrollment process for healthcare coverage such as private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, etc.
