Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate will be able to independently perform routine CT examinations, follow radiologist protocols, and provide high-quality imaging services in an acute hospital setting.
Responsibilities
Perform routine and advanced CT examinations according to established protocols.
Operate CT equipment safely and efficiently.
Review imaging studies for quality and completeness.
Perform venipuncture and administer contrast as required.
Perform MIP, MPR, and 3D image reconstruction.
Assist with procedures such as biopsies and drainages.
Perform vascular, cardiac, trauma, and stroke imaging as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Provide compassionate patient care throughout imaging procedures.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of acute hospital CT experience
Active Hawaii Radiologic Technologist License required by start date
ARRT (CT) certification required
BLS certification required
Must be able to work independently without direct supervision
Experience with Meditech preferred
Experience with Canon/Toshiba CT equipment preferred
Vitrea workstation experience preferred
Vascular, cardiac, trauma, or stroke imaging experience is a plus
Additional Information
No RTO during the first 13 weeks
No call
Holiday coverage may be required
Flu vaccination or approved exemption required
Must arrive the Thursday before the start date for the required employee health appointment on Friday
