Schedule: Days, M-F, Weekends and evenings may be necessary for new inpatient evals
Physical Therapist
• Evaluates, plans, organizes, and participates in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, improve, or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury.
• Plans and participates in community wide out-reach and preventative programs and markets services effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (MSPT or DPT).
• Current license as a Physical Therapist in the State of Colorado.
• Basic Life Support (BLS).
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3 (three) years’ experience in inpatient and outpatient setting.
• Trigger Point Dry Needling certification.
