Shift: 8H Day# of patients treated per day: Outpatient generally 8, Inpatient varies from 5-12.- General Certification Requirements: BLS, must take 8 hours of in house ortho education prior to ortho patient treatment.- Other Certs Required for all PT: State of WI license or application in place.- Common diagnosis/Types of patients: Ortho, geriatric, sports, Parkinson's, vestibular, pediatric, lymphedema, wound care.- Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient: Acute inpatient and hospital based outpatient PT clinic.- What areas are they required to cover?: Would be one or the other of above.- Experience: Previous EPIC experience would be helpful. One year, prefer previous travel if possible. Ortho PT. Outpatient experience a plus. Mostly wills, Description: Unit Notes:Department: Physical Therapy (PT)
