We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist specializing in Pelvic Health to join our patient care team in an Outpatient Clinic setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled PT who is passionate about pelvic health and helping patients improve function, mobility, and quality of life.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Pelvic Health experience required.
• Graduate of an AMA-APTA approved school of Physical Therapy.
• Completed physical therapy education and training consistent with established professional standards.
• Member of or eligible for membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) or American Registry of Physical Therapy.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or applicable licensing-board permit while awaiting licensure examination.

Certifications & Licensure

• Pelvic Health Certification – Required
• Current, active Colorado PT license or qualifying temporary permit.
• Current CPR Certification – Required
