Licensed Practical Nurse, IDD Services Part-Time LPN | Every Other Saturday | $25/Hour
Make a meaningful difference in one 12-hour shift every other week.
Sevita is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to support individuals in our care. This part-time role offers a consistent every-other-Saturday schedule, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., at $25 per hour. It’s an opportunity to use your nursing skills, build relationships, and help individuals receive attentive, person-centered care.
What you’ll do
- Monitor individuals’ health, recognize changes in condition, and help coordinate timely care.
- Administer medications, document services, and support staff who assist with medication administration.
- Provide treatments and personal care in accordance with physician orders.
- Complete nursing assessments and contribute to each individual’s service plan.
- Train staff on medication administration, infection control, and other health-related practices.
- Partner with families, providers, and team members to support consistent care and advocate for the individuals we serve.
What you’ll bring
- Current LPN or LVN license in the state where you’ll work.
- Nursing education or certification required by the state.
- One year of nursing experience with the population served.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, dependable approach.
- Driver’s license, vehicle registration, insurance, and any certifications required for the role.
