Pay $20.00
Hours: 7am-3:30 pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, invoices, and customs paperwork (if applicable).
•Verify all incoming and outgoing documentation against purchase orders and sales orders.
• Ensure shipping and receiving records are accurately filed and easily retrievable for audits and compliance purposes. • Update shipment status in real time to support inventory accuracy.
• Maintain organized digital and/or physical records of shipment
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in logistics, supply chain, or business preferred. • 1–3 years of experience in shipping/receiving or logistics administration within a warehouse/distribution environment
