Client Services Specialist - Full Time - Overnight

Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday Hours: 9pm - 7am (4 - 10hr shifts)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and patients. Your ability to handle high-volume calls, navigate multiple systems, and communicate effectively will be key to building strong client relationships and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Answer high volume inbound calls and perform data entry tasks
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email
• Utilize multiple systems and applications simultaneously, including custom in-house software and standard customer service tools
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Strong data entry and typing skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously
• Clear verbal communication skills and strong active listening abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service roles
