Job Description
A well-established precision machining and manufacturing company in Fenton, MO is seeking an experienced Quality Control inspector to help in all quality operations.
The Quality Control inspector will be responsible for maintaining quality standards across production, managing documentation, and serving as the primary quality contact for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tool and gauge calibration records
- Ensure compliance with industry and customer standards
- Review and approve inspection reports and documentation
- Coordinate internal audits and support external audits
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve processes
- Lead and support quality inspectors as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing
- Strong background in machining or precision manufacturing preferred
- Experience with calibration systems and documentation control
- Knowledge of ISO standards preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
