General Laborer

The General Laborer will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by performing various physical tasks in a large team environment. Reporting to the Site Supervisor, this position focuses on material handling, assisting skilled trades, and maintaining workflow efficiency through teamwork and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle and transport materials safely and efficiently
• Load and unload equipment and supplies
• Perform manual labor tasks as assigned
• Support inventory management and organization
• Assist skilled trades personnel to facilitate project progress

Typical duties include:
Operate and monitor CNC machines during production
Load and unload materials and finished parts
Set up machines and make basic adjustments
Read blueprints, work orders, and measurements
Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance
Follow all safety and production procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Meet daily production and quality goals
