Warehouse/Production Worker

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse and Production Workers for multiple opportunities in the Lewisburg, TN area. Positions are available with a variety of manufacturing and distribution facilities, ranging from cold packing environments to fine-detail assembly and repetitive hand work. Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Duties may include:

• Packaging, labeling, and inspecting products
• Performing assembly and production line tasks
• Repetitive hand movements and detailed manual work
• Sorting, packing, and preparing products for shipment
• Following quality control standards and production requirements
• Operating basic production or warehouse equipment
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Loading and unloading materials as needed
• Meeting daily production and attendance expectations
• Adhering to all safety procedures and company policies

Work Environment

Depending on the assignment, employees may work in:

• Cold storage or refrigerated packing facilities (20-30 F degrees)
• Manufacturing and production environments
• Warehouse and distribution centers
• Fast-paced assembly lines
• Positions requiring prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive hand movements

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred but not always required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime when available

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, depending on position
• Frequent use of hands for repetitive tasks and detailed work
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, including refrigerated environments
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive motions
