Director Operations

The Director of Operations will lead a large team of 16 or more, reporting directly to the VP of Operations. This role balances strategic planning with hands-on execution, driving operational initiatives that support sales growth and overall organizational success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operations strategy aligned with business goals
• Oversee projects to ensure timely and successful delivery
• Lead and manage a large operations team of 16+ members
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to support growth initiatives
• Drive operational excellence through effective process management
• Report regularly to the VP of Operations on key metrics and progress
