Looking for an 2nd Shift RN to provide care to patients and offer their loved ones much needed support. This position is Monday - Friday, no weekends or On-Call coverage required.

- Provide compassionate nursing care to hospice patients, ensuring comfort and dignity.
- Perform patient assessments and evaluate health status.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Educate patients and families on care procedures and support resources available.

Qualifications
- Valid RN License
- Proficient in patient care and assessment
- Knowledge of EHR systems
- Experience in home care settings, with a focus on hospice care
