If you're outgoing, dependable, and enjoy helping people, this is a great opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll assist customers throughout the rental and return process while helping keep daily rental car operations running smoothly.

Location: Lahaina, Maui, HI
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Pay Schedule: Weekly Pay

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the rental and return process
• Prepare and complete rental and return documents
• Review rental agreements, rates, charges, and return information
• Answer phones and assist customers with questions
• Help resolve customer service issues
• Provide directions, maps, and local area information
• Assist with vehicle preparation when needed
• Wash, vacuum, disinfect, and refuel vehicles as needed
• Work as part of a team to provide a smooth and efficient customer experience

Requirements

• Must be at least 20 years old
• Valid U.S. Driver's License
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to walk, bend, twist, and remain active throughout your shift
• Dependable and able to work as scheduled
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
