CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – ENTRY LEVEL – IMMEDIATE OPENINGS

We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team.

This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people and are looking to gain experience in customer service, client relations, promotions, and sales support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with questions about products, services, and current promotions
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Represent our clients at local promotional events
• Help customers understand available options and services
• Support customer acquisition and retention efforts
• Work closely with the customer service and management team
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers
• Participate in ongoing training and development
