Order Filler / Picker/Warehouse Associate/Material Handler

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Order Fillers / Pickers to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, stocking and replenishing inventory, processing returns, and maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders from warehouse shelves and place items into totes for shipment.
• Receive, store, organize, stock, and replenish warehouse inventory.
• Verify incoming merchandise against receiving documentation and report discrepancies or damages.
• Process returns and complete required data entry.
• Perform daily cycle counts and assist with inventory discrepancy research.
• Support inventory control, physical inventory counts, order fulfillment, and outbound shipping.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Utilize PkMS/WMS and basic computer systems to complete warehouse tasks.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and DEA regulations.
• Read and understand English product descriptions, labels, and warehouse documentation.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations accurately.
• Work independently while following detailed instructions.
• Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with team members.
• Work overtime when required to support operational needs.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous warehouse, order picking, order filling, or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Basic math skills.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• PkMS/WMS or warehouse management system experience is a plus.
