Occupational Therapist
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations. The successful candidate will evaluate patients, develop treatment and discharge plans, and deliver therapy aimed at improving patients' independence in daily living skills.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders and referrals.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) per practice acts and facility policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and communicate with families.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
- Active state Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in documentation.
- Excellent communication skills.
