Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Pediatrics
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric outpatient therapy team. This role includes some adult inpatient coverage as needed, providing a diverse therapeutic environment.
Position Details- Experience: 1 year of experience required
- License: Valid SLP license in the state of Minnesota required
- Start Date: 11/9/2026
- Shift: 5x8 Days, 40 hours per week
- Clinic Hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 07:00 - 17:30
- Friday: 07:00 - 16:00
- Travel Requirement: Must reside at least 25 miles from the facility
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric and adult patients.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve speech, language, and communication skills.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families on therapy processes and strategies to enhance communication.
- Document progress and adjust treatment plans according to patient needs.
- Must hold a valid speech-language pathology license in Minnesota.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting is required.
- Experience with pediatric patient populations preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
