Job Details
- Required Qualifications: ARRT certification; Washington State certification as a radiologic technologist, registered in X Ray and computed tomography; Shimadzu portable experience; Rad speed pro, GE/OEC c arms with operating room experience; Toshiba computed tomography scanner experience; EPIC experience; BLS certifications.
- Schedule: Nights shift, 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Responsibilities: Prepares and performs all examinations utilizing assigned equipment, evaluates diagnostic images for technical quality, develops and monitors procedures for scanner utilization, maintains equipment cleanliness according to infection control policies, performs IV access and administers contrast media under physician supervision, follows all universal blood and body substance precautions, complies with continuing education requirements, utilizes electronic medical records efficiently, lifts and transfers patients safely, communicates effectively with patients and their families.
