Caregiver Needed - Now Hiring

I am planning to have a full shoulder replacement and prefer to rehab as an outpatient at home. However, I ambulate with a walker and so having no use of one arm will be limiting. I'll need assistance getting in/out of bed, and in the bathroom (including showering). I have an in-law suite in my home that would be available for a live-in helper. Please write with questions. My daughter is helping me identify care, so she will conduct first-round interviews with interested candidates.
