Babysitter Needed for my Children

Seeking a reliable caregiver for my two sons, ages 4. 5 and 8, to do school pick ups and nanny them in the afternoons. We are an outdoorsy family, love reading, little to no screen time, and value kindness, growth mindset and positive discipline. We are a split household so site varies every other week, but both homes are in central PA. Our co-parenting relationship is stable and child-centered. I do have a large dog that is very friendly and good with kids and other dogs. Rough schedule for the day: 1pm: preschool pick up, lunch, play 2:30pm: bus pickup, snack, play, homework, outside time 5pm: parent arrives home
