1st & 2nd Shift Assembly Openings- GREAT COMPANY

1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM | 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00

What You'll Do:

• Assemble products using drawings and written instructions
• Operate hand and power tools (riveters, presses, testers, air tools, etc.)
• Set up jobs and make adjustments to support production
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Document production activity and communicate any issues
• Support teammates and assist with training as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency

What You Bring:

• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a hands-on production environment
• Ability to read and follow work instructions or basic drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for most of your shift
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
