Assembler

• Perform a broad range of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies and subassemblies.
• Execute wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing activities according to established procedures and specifications.
• Determine and follow appropriate assembly methods, processes, and sequences of operations to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Set up, adjust, and assemble components while maintaining required tolerances and adherence to blueprint specifications.
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, work instructions, and technical documentation.
• Inspect completed assemblies to verify conformance to quality standards, specifications, and workmanship requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine assembly and production issues, exercising sound judgment and recommending solutions when needed.
• Collaborate with peers, supervisors, and customers to exchange information, provide updates, and support production objectives.
• Complete moderately complex assignments with minimal day-to-day supervision while meeting established goals and deadlines.
• Follow established manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures throughout the assembly process.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and contributing to efficient production operations.
• Adapt to new assignments and processes by applying technical knowledge and following general guidance as required.
