Senior Documentation Specialist

Pay: $31.20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM - 40 hours/week
Location: Sturgis, MI – Onsite

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Documentation Specialist to support a documentation-focused team. This position will spend a significant amount of time reviewing documentation, organizing files and paperwork, and uploading documents into a digital repository.

The ideal candidate is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with a high volume of documents while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

Summary

• Review documentation and paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation
• Upload documents into a digital document repository
• Prepare, edit, assemble, and file reports, technical documents, records, and correspondence
• Maintain organized numerical, alphabetical, chronological, and/or subject-based filing systems
• Perform ongoing file maintenance and record keeping
• Locate and retrieve documents and records as needed
• Ensure documentation is properly organized, accessible, and maintained
• Follow established documentation and record-keeping procedures
• Manage multiple documentation tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Experience with document review, filing, records management, or document control
• Comfortable working with both paper and electronic documentation
• Experience uploading and maintaining documents in digital systems
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to manage detailed, repetitive work while maintaining accuracy
• Strong communication and follow-through
• Reliable attendance and ability to work onsite
