NOW HIRING: PRODUCTION ASSEMBLER

Locations:

• Louisa, VA — Must provide your own tools
• Troy, VA — Tools provided

Pay: $18/hr (1st Shift) | $20.70/hr (2nd Shift)

Shifts:

• 1st: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Mon–Fri
• 2nd: 3:30 PM–12:00 AM, Mon–Fri

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and wire industrial control panels using schematics and drawings
• Install and wire electrical components such as PLCs, relays, breakers, and VFDs
• Cut, strip, crimp, label, and route wiring
• Inspect finished panels for quality and accuracy
• Use hand/power tools and basic electrical testing equipment
• Follow safety and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of control panel, electrical assembly, or related manufacturing experience
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• High school diploma/GED
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• UL 508A experience is a plus!

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
