We are seeking a Mission Alignment Analyst with 7+ years of experience evaluating business processes, IT investments, strategic planning, and organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate IT investments and business processes to ensure alignment with organizational mission and strategic objectives.
• Support strategic planning, performance management, and enterprise architecture initiatives.
• Develop and analyze performance metrics, business requirements, and organizational goals.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align technology initiatives with mission priorities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, strategic planning, IT investment analysis, or mission alignment.
• Experience with enterprise architecture and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis and strategic planning.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Prosci Change Management, or CBAP is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
