HVAC Rough-In Installer

We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Rough-In Installer with at least 2 years of hands-on HVAC rough installation experience, including sheet metal and ductwork installation. In this role, you’ll be responsible for completing HVAC rough-ins on assigned jobsites while working with supervisors, builders, contractors, and suppliers to keep projects moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Install complete HVAC rough-in systems, including metal ductwork, flex duct, boots, fan exhaust, exhaust caps, microwave/hood vent duct, and related components.
• Measure, fit, assemble, and install sheet metal ductwork according to project specifications.
• Manage day-to-day HVAC installation responsibilities on assigned jobsites.
• Coordinate with builder superintendents to resolve jobsite questions or installation issues.
• Communicate project concerns, material needs, or jobsite issues with supervisors.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC rough-in installation experience required.
• Hands-on experience installing sheet metal ductwork and HVAC duct systems required.
• Ability to read measurements and properly fit and install HVAC components.
• Comfortable working independently on active construction jobsites.
• Professional communication skills when working with builders, contractors, suppliers, and supervisors.
