Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

My father will be moving in with us for a month or so until we can find him a more permanent living situation. He just lost his wife, needs a walker and is not sure-footed . Our house has stairs and no shower on the main floor. He will need to be taken somewhere close by to shower. He is mostly self-sufficient to be able to get dressed but might need help with tying his shoes, maybe button a shirt, etc.
