Job Description

Key Qualifications:
- Special Education Teacher endorsement required, with a focus or certification in Early Childhood preferred
- Proven experience working in early childhood or special education settings
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with families, therapists, and fellow educators
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Primary Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with support staff and administrators to cultivate a nurturing, effective learning environment
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and strategies for continued growth
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and professional development sessions
