Qualifications:
- Active CDE (Colorado Department of Education) license required
- Previous experience working in school environments highly preferred
- Bilingual Spanish skills strongly desired
- Proven background in psycho-educational assessment, crisis intervention, and counseling students
- Strong interpersonal abilities to partner with faculty, families, and administration
- Commitment to inclusive, student-centered service delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
- Provide direct counseling and behavioral interventions to students
- Develop and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents regarding best practices for student development and learning
- Participate in crisis response and prevention efforts district-wide
- Travel between locations as needed for itinerant assignments
