Location: Coos Bay, OR
Position Type: Permanent (Full-Time) / Permanent
Pay Rate: $45.00 – $70.00/hr. (Based On Experience)
Shift: Day Shift | 12-hour shifts (36 hrs./week | 72 hrs./pay period)
Relocation: Available

About the Role

As an Emergency Room RN, you’ll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. You’ll assess, triage, and treat patients while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care within RN scope of practice
• Perform patient assessments, triage, and interventions
• Respond effectively to critical and emergency situations
• Educate patients and families
• Accurately document care in EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams
• Adapt quickly to changing patient needs and priorities

Requirements

• ✅ Active Oregon RN License (Required)
• ✅ BLS (AHA) Certification (Required)
• ✅ Recent Emergency Room experience (Required)
• ✅ Recent acute care hospital experience (within 5 years)
• ✅ Strong critical thinking and crisis management skills

Preferred (can obtain after hire):

• ACLS (within 6 months)
• PALS or ENPC (within 1 year)
• TNCC (within 1 year)
• CEN Certification
