Situated near High Point, NC, these positions cater to elementary and middle school levels and offer both full-time and part-time schedules.
Open Roles:
- EC Resource Teacher at Fair Grove Elementary (Full-Time, 2 positions)
- CASE Teacher at Davis Townsend Elementary (Full-Time, specialized self-contained classroom for students with autism or similar needs, general curriculum focus)
- EC Teacher at E. Lawson Brown Middle School (Full-Time)
- EC Resource Teacher at Silver Valley Elementary (Part-Time, 20 hours/week, Mon–Thurs 8:45 AM–1:45 PM, serving K–2 students)
What We’re Looking For:
- Must possess a current EC General Curriculum license (state of NC–adapted curriculum licensing not accepted)
- Experience supporting students through the general curriculum
- For the Davis Townsend role, confidence working in a self-contained classroom with students requiring maximum supports for autism or similar presentations
- Ability to adhere to specific part-time scheduling (as applicable)
- Willingness to complete standard credentialing steps, including background check and compliance documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality instruction and support aligned with the general education curriculum
- Implement strategies tailored to individual student needs, particularly for students with autism or intensive support requirements
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and related service providers to develop IEPs and monitor progress
- Maintain accurate and timely records as required
